The University of Rome “Tor Vergata” began its teaching activities in 1982 and today stands as the most significant attractor hub in the southeast sector of the metropolitan area of Rome. Designed following the Anglo-Saxon campus model, it hosts important research institutions within its premises, making “Tor Vergata” one of the most dynamic academic communities in Italy, both in terms of teaching and research. The University is deeply committed to promoting the international dimension of studies and research, both in its degree programs and research and doctoral programs.
