La Direttiva istituzionalizza la Media Literacy come una delle misure da promuovere in tutti i settori della societ\u00e0 (Considerando 37). <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/IT\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32007L0065\">Vai al testo<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Comunicazione della Commissione Europea (2007\/883\/CE).<\/strong> La Commissione definisce con chiarezza la Media Literacy come &#8220;<em>la capacit\u00e0 di accedere ai media, di comprendere e valutare criticamente diversi aspetti dei media e dei loro contenuti e creare comunicazioni in una variet\u00e0 di contesti&#8221;. <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/IT\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:52007DC0833\">Vai al testo<\/a><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Raccomandazione della Commissione Europea sull&#8217;alfabetizzazione mediatica nell&#8217;ambiente digitale per un&#8217;industria audiovisiva e dei contenuti pi\u00f9 competitiva e per una societ\u00e0 della conoscenza inclusiva (2009\/625\/EC) <\/strong><strong>. <\/strong>La Commissione si rivolge agli Stati membri per chiedere di migliorare il livello di alfabetizzazione mediatica della popolazione, anche attraverso l\u2019impegno dei media. <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/IT\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32009H0625\">Vai al testo<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp<\/strong>) <strong>(2013)<\/strong> Il DigComp \u00e8 stato elaborato dal Joint Research Center, il servizio scientifico interno della Commissione, \u00e8 diventato il modello concettuale (o Quadro di Riferimento) per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi dell&#8217;UE sul miglioramento delle competenze digitali dell&#8217;intera popolazione. Il DigComp traspone la definizione generale di Media Literacy in uno schema che vede 5 aree di riferimento e 21 competenze specifiche descritte su 5 dimensioni. Nota: Dal 2013 ad oggi, il DigComp, \u00e8 stato aggiornato periodicamente. <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/repository\/handle\/JRC83167\">Vai al testo<\/a><\/p><p><strong>DigComp 2.2 (<\/strong>Versione aggiornata al marzo 2022) il DigComp 2.2, attualizza gli aspetti essenziali per la definizione di competenza digitale e fornisce pi\u00f9 di 250 nuovi esempi di &#8220;conoscenze, abilit\u00e0 e attitudini&#8221; (KSA) che aiutano i cittadini nell&#8217;uso consapevole delle tecnologie digitali e di quelle emergenti. Nel DigComp 2.2 sono altres\u00ec raccolti i principali documenti di riferimento che possono facilitare l&#8217;applicazione del modello in diversi settori di attivit\u00e0. <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/repository\/handle\/JRC128415\">Testo originale<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agid.gov.it\/sites\/agid\/files\/2024-05\/digcomp_2.2_italiano.pdf\">Traduzione italiana<\/a> <\/p><p><strong>Raccomandazione del Consiglio Europeo relativa alle competenze chiave per l\u2019apprendimento permanente.<\/strong> <strong>(2018\/C 189\/01).<\/strong> In questa Raccomandazione per la prima volta nella competenza digitale viene ricompresa la Media Literacy. <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/IT\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32018H0604(01)\">Vai al testo\u00a0<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Dichiarazione europea sui diritti e i principi digitali per il decennio digitale (2023\/C 23\/01). <\/strong>La Dichiarazione sottoscritta il 15 dicembre 2022 dal Parlamento dalla Commissione e dal Consiglio dell&#8217;Unione Europea presenta l&#8217;impegno dell&#8217;UE per una trasformazione digitale sicura, protetta e sostenibile. La Dichiarazione menziona esplicitamente la Media Literacy tra le competenze digitali (cap. II, 4.c e cap.
